I don't know anything about a claim against MaxD for damages. Is MaxD also being sued? There will be costs associated with their loss. Which I guess means that have to raise money to pay, or go under. I guess this means further toxic debt or immediate dilution rather than dilution down the road. Or MaxD backs out of whatever deal they had with Vedanti.
