There is one reason, and one reason alone, that we are buying shares here. It's because a private firm has announced a merger to raise funds in the public marketplace. What I am interested in is the real float here. With low volume like this I believe beyond doubt that Tracy owned most of the shares here otherwise it would be pointless to APO. And what just give away your whole company of 17 years without any shares to sell? SUPER LOW FLOAT. I believe the company stated they planned to own 95% of ALL AVAILABLE SHARES. People are literally trading back and forth day to day thats it.
