This company is totally under the radar with institutions. By institutional rules, the price has to reach a certain threshold for them to start buying- But there was a rather large % increase in institutional ownership recently- not sure who- but research into this will show who jumped in.

This is actually a great place to be if you own PSTI, as once the price hits this buy-in point-($3, $4?, $5?)- a massive buy in will occur, and this or these investors who have been desperately trying to hold down the price, will move on. I bought in again at .$98 a way back and I will be selling those smaller lots when it hits in the $2.50 area.

My advice is to hold 20% or 30% on the side and buy more if it goes down further.
