Problem with Pink market is the fact it is not required to have audited financial statements. But this problem can be an advantage too. If every granted patents and agreements with JNJ are in the assets of Epgl, we cant really know the real value, only the seller and buyer know it. They can make the deal discretely.
Furthermore, why to spend money for an uplist if you know you have already a buyer ?

Maybe the buyer will be JNJ who will buy directly, maybe it will be Inwith company who will be own by JNJ (or not) and other big investors .
