After further review I pulled out due to, 1. The past 2 RS's they leveraged them within days of approval and 2. There revenue continues to be flat or worse and 3. They must keep the share price above $1 for NASDAQ, the RS will be the simplest way to fulfill that. I do see them benefiting from higher OIL prices however not enough time has cycled for that to effect Solar sales to pick up. So my bet is they will utilize the RS once approved within days and that wont be good for SH's. IMHO
