My guess is that this is the same deal as on that other board. Tape painting and dinging someone with a commission. In this case, I guess the idea is to discourage buying and encourage selling.

Or I suppose it could be that someone only had 475 shares. Volume is so low here that it seems unlikely anyone would try to manipulate price.
