I couldn't tell you exactly but it's very thin. Most shares are held by management or their institutional partner in Canada that has been filling much of their PPs for like 7 years straight in the purely R&D phase. That's why all but one PP was only offered in Canada and not the US. They have a very dedicated investing partner that has put millions into this over the years. So not too many in the public realm. We are hoping that with this deal the PPs completely stop though. I think the last PP was the final one as when they sign final docs we will receive revenue but possibly will be one more offering to their Canadian partner if final negotiations over fees need another month or so to finalize. Either way we are talking about like 0% to 2% dillution ahead. I think the market recognizes this.
