This is unbelievable - the HJOE braintrust is still yammering about not going to the greys:

If you are right, then they would have went to the grays and blamed KBM. They avoided the grays and cut a deal with the SEC so they could come back and trade within a certain time period (assuming when case is settled). From this logic, you would be wrong

You can't make up this nonsense - HJOE did go to the greys and they didn't cut a deal with the SEC.

Veal tried desperately to file a Form 15 - but first he filed for the wrong company - and he filed after the SEC started the revocation process.
