I think disclosure already happened really since the plan is out and sent to creditors this part was really telling for me.

If you do not want the court to grant the relief sought in these pleadings or if you want the court to consider your views, then you and/or your attorney must attend the hearing.

Sounds to me judge will be making a decision based on the plan and whoever attends the hearing will be heard and further hearings scheduled.

I could be wrong, but that's my take on it.
