PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 16, 2016, United Mobile Solutions, LLC (“Debtor”) filed its Disclosure Statement for Plan of Reorganization (“Disclosure Statement”) (Doc. No. 105) referring to a Plan of Reorganization (“Plan”) (Doc. No. 106).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Court shall hold a hearing on the
Motion on the 25th day of January, 2017, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., in Courtroom 1402, Richard B. Russell Federal Building, 75 Ted Turner Drive, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
