Let's not confuse AS with OS. OS and float are all that matter. Most of these OTC sub-pennies have OS and AS well over a billion. OPMZ has a 2 star Morningstar rating, also rare to see in a sub-penny. OWC# had a 3 Star and simular share structure, I played it from .02 to .20 and last I looked, it was .95+.
