Not following you when you say someone knows something? Are you referring to the slight uptick in price yesterday (may be irrelevant), or the 8-K showing extension of the CEO's compensation which got cut by 100K/year? Though it says 6 months, the original contract is for 3 years, and so it isn't clear to me if this nullifies the 3 years and turns it into 6 months "an amended six-month Employment Agreement" or what. Now his stock options (1 million per year for 3 years) are granted at 8 cents/share, so that's good for us as a motivation fro him to get the stock price up to that point and beyond, which from where it is now is a 3x increase and could get some of us into the black.
But I would say based on this news, there is something going on behind the scenes, we'll just have to wait and find out what it is. A call to the company may be in order, but I doubt we'll find out anything, I've got very little info in the past.
