Filing accounts would lift the fog of suspicion.

If anyone were to perform serious DD, REVO's income (if any) could be figured out. No Doubt!

And REVO directors are required to file accounts containing that information.

There is no honest reason for REVO directors not to file those accounts.

Simple.
