TECHNICAL ANALYSIS WITHOUT REFERENCE TO A TIME-SCALE IS USELESS

Financial asset prices are temporal fractals (self-similar a different scales).

On large scales the trend is down.

On a shorter scale it is still bullish (IMHO) and will remain so, so long as the close > 1.18. I expect the short-term uptrend to get to 1.45-1.55 before the trend on this scale reverses.
