That pier is located on the grounds of Fort Clinch at Fernandina Beach Fl. the body of water to the left is an Inlet that leads to Kings Bay Nuclear sub base....sometimes you can get a pic of a sub....its like 60 miles north of me and a great DAY trip located at the North end of Amelia Island....
