I'd only be guessing trying to answer you, but I'll remain feeling getting this patented technology into the hands of parents to protect their kids is a very personal goal of our CEO.

Whatever the obstacles have been to this point are many it seems, but I'm waiting it out.

Overly optimistic speculation, creates unrealistic expectations, resulting in extreme disappointment.
