How long do patents last by the way? Also, four years is just when I showed up. Not sure how long they've been touting that data before that. Any really old timers here?

At that time, management seemed so reasonable. I believe the plan was to barrel through Phase I and hopefully secure a partner to fund future trials. Instead all that's happened is they have moved to Canada, diluted the stock, and bought "worldwide rights" to the drug from another company they own. Someone please correct me if my recollection is wrong.
