The first thing I did was check the filings, and then I checked out management.

I will be starting a position here tomorrow. The management team has a proven track record. I can't find any reason to doubt them.

The filings show a very reasonable share structure.. I think somewhere around 50-60 million shares outstanding with about half of that restricted. There is some convertible debt and I don't like that.. but I think it is controllable at this point, and with the volume being shown recently, even if someone was selling, the news and potential should bring in enough investors to swallow up those shares quickly.
