First- No official, auditor, Or judge has ever corroborated that the company owns any property. Ed's personal investments are that, personal. Only the property convention pedals this fiction about the company. When and if it is ever corroborated by someone official, that will be a different can of worms. I trust the auditors and their filings, and I am waiting to see updated fins.

Second- use of proceeds would be an excellent question to send to the company. I am not involved with nor do I have any knowledge of what the company is planning to do.
