I read what you stated. It came across to me as doublespeak. You said the answer to my question was: "it HAS to be the wording". Then you follow that statement up w/that about "conflict of interest". Can't have both. Gotta choose 1 or the other. When you said "HAS to be wording", ok, so I asked what is the wording that would account for their decision? No answer to that. On the other hand, as I noted, if the decision was based on too many points for PTAB to deal, then instead of approval, seems it would be better to extend the decision time. The 2 different scenarios, to me, are mutually exclusive. To me, this explains PLAYBOOK adherence more than the possibility that everything is on the up & up.
