Maza got lucky. ILNS basically fell (more like defaulted) into his lap. Everyone either left or jumped off a bridge. He was the only one left. It was either him or recruit a homeless guy off the street. I may be mistaken, but, a few billion posts ago, Deals did mention something about there is no oversight.
