News should make the price go up but just about all the news has been released save for some $ details.

First crop won't be harvested until Jun/July if it gets planted within next 60 days. Unless some payment is received in advance, revenue will not be booked until July/August. No guarantee that crop will have 100% utilization on the acreage planted. What happens if you get 50-75% utilization ? What does that do to projected numbers ? The rose colored glasses projections are amusing especially in a geographic region were things always seem to take a lot longer than promised. Be happy if you get one crop this year!
