they don't care about shareholders, they are content in making a good living off the company ,ie, benefits,salary etc. if another company was in this field and they see a synergy for both parties or a possible business advantage for themselves then we would be in a good position to benefit from this event the question is how can we as shareholders get a party interested in making an offer or show interest in doing a JV, or possible a buyout from the present owners?????
