So they are clearly still open. Wonder if there is another huge lawsuit hovering over them or something? A company of this size can absorb that $95 million ruling from 2015. My guess is they have not paid it yet, still battling in court.

The delisting is probably what really killed this. Reality is people left it for dead, of course now that the Orange Regime is taking over I would think this is a buy all day if they aren't going BK...
