The agricultural deals are the here and now, and they should pay off handsomely. The oceanfront property is the long-term development that could put the company on the map in a major way. Although nothing is chiseled in stone, Jan has a great deal of experience doing just what he is attempting with this land. Reapeating FUD ad nauseum doesn't change what we have going. I've made my bet, and I'm very comfortable here. I imagine I'll be a good deal more comfortable over the coming months. PGUS
