OOPS..Correction on total shares outstanding ???? FDA stated on last post SDRG had a total of 395mil shares OS?? Apparently the actual total Outstanding shares as of today is more like 300mil...which of course is much lower than FDA estimated...! All the better for calculating out PPS once cash is on the balance sheet (or even announced) after PR is out...which should be very soon! Do the numbers.....05cents looking too low now! GL...FDA
