so its ok to pay a Director of a scam company such as YIPI over $2.0 million worth of warrants by a company that barely has revenues of about a quarter million dollars per quarter?

but not surprised

and why is this not surprising?

because this is what scam companies do!




you forgot to add in lieu of compensation and for his value and expertise
