That would take audited financials. You know... the same financials revo stated are false and has since stopped filing
Bottom line is, the company sold shares based on misleading/false statements. That is FRAUD and obviously the insiders, owners, upper management, 3rd parties benefited from said fraud.
Pretty simple stuff... no?
Please identify who within the company cashed out? Who made mad money by committing the alleged violations?
