I'd like to be as optimistic as you in this case, but doing some more DD and I'm not as confident as I once was on this. I'm holding now, but I have concerns that an 85% discount on the shares sold to Tangiers shows a sign that this stock may be overvalued at it's current price. Any thoughts?

"Tangiers has agreed to purchase up to five million dollars ($5,000,000) of the Company’s common stock to be sold at an eighty-five percent (85%) discount"
