Hello all, been away past week but I am REALLY PISSED at the shenanigans these clowns are playing on Shareholders. Now, they have refilled for the 3rd time the proxies but did anyone else happen to notice that now, Bob Yates owns 100,000 preferred shares that he did not own at the time of the last Q filing Nov 14, 2016. This is a material event!! Now he gets to vote these shares or what they convert into, any way he chooses...SCAMMER! Below see from 1-11-17 filing:

Name and Address Number of Shares (1) Percent of Class
---------------- ---------------- ----------------

Robert E. Yates 100,000 100%
11580 Quivas Way
Westminster, CO 80234

I am trying to find the conversion formula on the preferred but this is a blatant way to totally screw shareholders and one get the vote and two put the interests of the Preferred holder ahead of the common shareholder. This is most likely criminal action to defraud and cause an unpopular and unfair vote for authorizing the AS count to 500 mil.

Enriching oneself is illegal and immoral and it appears, although I have yet to see the conversion on preferred, the Yates and company are up to dirty tricks. If I don't get my answers from the company in the next day or so, I will forward to SEC and hope to hold or invalidate any shareholder vote. I have not seen any information in a filing that he purchased or somehow was awarded these shares for his stellar service and increasing value of the company for shareholders.

THIS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG!! They do not have company insurance to cover this type of disaster so maybe going after Yates, Shaya, Horton and the rest of the officers and directors is what needs to be done.

FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!
