Just a few weeks back, when confronted with the news that the corporate business license for IFUS had expired in August, MW & his insiders said that it would shortly be taken care of as it was merely an oversight.

Well, it still hasn't been taken care of and is still delinquent. Obviously, it wasn't an oversight. So, why should anyone invest in a corporation that isn't even licensed?
