.....if the uwbi BK were REAL, in any manner whatsoever........there would be legal fist-fights continuously on every F/-ing detail.......creditors, including us, clamoring for every dropped penny.........and the TRUSTEE and his lap-dog counsel would be playing games all day, every day with PETITIONER......................
.....and in the uwbi BK...........other than the bogus ITR, that was split and then kim re-negged and got the whole pile.......the UWBI BK IS A JOKE.......................and the DEBTOR/PETITIONER does not even have legal representation....................harvey SAID he was told to resign......actually, a resignation statement was filed by the trustee counsel on harvey sender's behalf.............WTF..........harvey was mystified but said "the agreement kicked out all the lawyers"..........really....................WHAT AGREEMENT.......??????....
