Just weighing in as you knew I would. Glad your caveat was not to sell NOW...

Growing, stable distributions always drive valuations higher



I truly believe the gift of D's will actually go higher before the maybe for this one..

A distribution cut might be mandated by the BOD



That said it would be wise to sell on the news when that comes meaning... increased distribution will create a spike and the yield has dropped into very sustainable area along with the coverage of that D.
I will take some off the table too as I am sitting on a free boat, lol.
