Man o man this fraud is swimming in debt, yet hasn't spent a cent on anything but further debt servicing for more than three years....AKA salary and promissory notes to related parties!
That would probably frost me if I were a shareholder.

May I add to the chorus of at least 20, and suggest that the stellar little dick hed simply expand the number of fictional prox *delayed* in the current round, and suggest that the complexity could easily stretch the delay to include, a few more prox delay announcements! An all caveats met 8k in other words!
