IMHO, Apple presented a large number of claims and put the PTAB in the position for needing more time to review the evidence. But, come May, it'll be one year and Apple will not be allowed to file anymore petitions. Maybe a little blessing. Kinda serendipity like.

It'll be interesting when or even if, Twitter files a IPR Petition. Are they a member of Unified Petition? My guess is that they'll wait until February and see what hand VPLM is playing.....Interesting.

Now, what about AT&T & Verizon? Are they in fact a member of Unified Patents? Can they file separate IPR Petitions going forward?
