Exactly - I'll hold until late December, then it's time to start considering letting go. If news is actually going to hit, it seems that it would occur this year, from everything that was said in the past. The silence from the company is deafening. That being said, usually when a company like this is truly dying and they stop talking, it goes down to .0001 and no bid. This one, however, is near a cent. There could be a reason for that though - the low outstanding share count and corresponding market cap. Maybe those invested in the company see that and stay in. Who wants to sell with a market cap of 400K, then news DOES hit? A $40 million market cap is a $1 stock price. It seems completely impossible but I suppose it isn't.
