How come US investors have known nothing about this? Everybody involved Directors/Mgmt seem so shady to me its like a big game of charades. This guy Bai Ge couldn't be served in the last suit and contacted jeb via Skype previously. The Chinese investors supposedly didn't like the last CEO wanted him gone...why??? Then he went off in a golden parachute. Now the company has until the end of the month to pay the note but there is no sec filing stating anything about the extended due date but a poster here tells us. Strange Strange Strange
