'TenKay'? um, I think when I said "The Pinksheet would get away free and clear from what they've knowingly stolen from investors!" in the post you're responding to, pretty much merged an agreement between you and I regardless of what angle we've arrived from!
Amd therefore defeated the need to debate who's more right than the other!
Nevertheless, another question can be in regards to the so-called "Securities and Exchange Commissions" failing to do the job they've been founded for, which was supposed to prevent fraudulent activities under their watch (Because they're the Gate Keepers), and wing, (Because under the covenant of whom said companies are operating), thus of the millions of such companies that has "Taken from Investors" (your words), clearly gives testament to poor policing performance of all legal guardians involved!
