We may see some more filings this week, but I have to say we must see something from KKR before 1/31/2017 and certainly an 8K from WMIH showing us the way forward before 3/16/2017. This or we lose 8.37 billion in capital gain/loss tax attribute due five year expiration of tax attribute and I do not think the FDIC will allow that to happen.
