The previous "run" on the stock price happened when the 10-Q was late and the toxic guys were unable to dump and Goldfarb was buying.

So far, the 10-Q is late again, but the stock price hasn't moved up. I guess adding 3 billion shares to the float made things just a little bit more difficult this time around. Completely unknown is whether Goldfarb is still an owner or he has bought more since his filings will probably be 4-6 months behind his trades imo.
