My thinking exactly. I'm hoping the upfront payments alone more than fund the company and then they can just keep stacking up annuity payments and build long term revenues, the kind that institutional investors like. Also PPA revenue agreements are typically linked to a CPI index so it's inflation protected revenue guaranteed by a strong nation backed entity (the offtaker) which makes it even more attractive.
