Well he could follow the REIT path like $IIPR is doing

and there is a killer shell available - $MECK - with a crazy small share structure with just 6M O/S and clean books

there are opportunities out there - the real question is what is SG creditable worth now and how will burnt investors act in regards to the "new" venture
