$URRE these type of filings are tricky, they are authorized from a couple of years ago. This is when the company states from time to time we are authorized to sell shares. --

The other one stated $2.01

This says last week on the 11th at $3.19 (if I'm correct) -- Either way they are sold and complete. at $3.19 -

Just not liking this too much dilution; as soon as the sector and prices srated to go up they start dumping .. I'm still in but watching very close.
