Sorry, my POV is accurate and signed with reality.

They relied on toxic funding. Convertible notes are the bastion of companies that can't procure legitimate funding.

The share price has been demolished in response. This is the nature of OTC stocks.

We still have no answers to several questions about their legitimacy. If you invest here, you will lose your money.
