The play here purely seems to be the growth of their current subsidiary GCC, which is to get registered as it's own entity on the pinkys to "capitalize" on the FL med mj...

UNGS doesn't seem like much of a play, it looks like GCC might turn into something.

Current shareholders will get 2000 shares of GCC for every million you currently hold of UNGS..... not sure that'll wet anyones whistle.

Just started my DD on this ticker today, intriguing, but looks like a milking of the current ticker in their transition to putting all their focus on GCC...
