CLNE was set up, for an IPO that would benefit the insiders, regardless of any long term success - it IS what T Boone Pickens has done his entire life - look at what he did with Mesa Petroleum - a bankrupt failure at the end, in 1997, but, it was set up to make Pickens rich, regardless of what he did to the company, with his inability to manage what are now, extremely valuable assets to PXD (NYSE)
