Couldn't resist adding more today at these bargain prices. Not sure why this one isn't generating more excitement. We have a transparent CEO with an excellent business plan who has purchased many many shares of PGUS on the open market at prices much higher than these. He has also lent a substantial amount of his own money to the company at rates that are more than reasonable. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to participate in this real estate venture with Mr. Telander.

We are also very fortunate the way Jan disseminates all company updates on twiter and on the website. Gives us shareholders a chance to add before he PR's this information to the rest of the investing world. I think we will see a PR outlining these recent acheivements and developements sometime this week or next week at the latest. IMHO
