At_long_last do I now finally_detect a sense_of_urgency?
With the Chinese now in town (ie in Santiago Chile) with money bags stuffed full of cash (along with American treasury notes) all the lithium Chilean players are ponying up to the new over-flowing slanted narrow water trough for some of that rich green Chinese moola.

LPI finally saw the light and added another test drilling machine, we're up to 2 test drillers now. LPI wants to finish all 16 test drill holes by the end of January (instead of March 2017) while the Chinese are still hot to trot to buy something in the Lithium Triangle.
