Apparently....
On the plus side if Dan ever gets to make the deal as advertised the pps here is now around the break even point for gamblers.

Buying now and waiting till the deal happens won't put you at a loss when the shares start trading.

But it's looking like the deal isn't going to get done.

I expect the trips again in Feb if they don't do something.

Dead deal = dead stock.
If they can't get the asset out of this scam company and into a fresh shell it's just dead in the water with its history.
