Great info HDG - I assume you found that in an 8-K or 10-Q? Nothing they can do about the first two items, and frankly I'm surprised that the discount cards account for such a small percent of lost revenues - wonder what that means - either patients aren't aware of the program, or a large number of V users are on Medicaid/Medicare, which ban the use of coupons? (a ban which hopefully will be overturned whenever Trump/Congress replaces/changes the ACA)
